Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years in Healthcare or Software.
• Or 12 years of Healthcare or Software experience with a HS diploma.

Responsibilities

• Create and prioritize Initiatives and EPICs for Product workflow.
• Run weekly meta-scrum with Dev manager and Product Analyst for updates.
• Conduct VOC with customers to evaluate improvements/workflows.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary touchpoints for full functionality.
• NPI Management.
• Pricing coordination.
• Update Bowlers with Financials for monthly reviews.
• Update Marketing Roadmap slides quarterly.
• Present Sales updates for your product.
• Develop Product Strategy including ROI and integration plans.
• Provide demos to stakeholders during development.
• Work with Training on customer training needs.
• Manage Reference sites and engagement with stakeholders.
• Oversee quarterly webinar presentations for workflow.
• Sales support for workflow inquiries.
• Know workflow to present to clients and contribute to thought leadership.
• Write tender responses when requested.
• Strategize long-term roadmap highlighting tech gaps and innovations.
• Internal marketing to grow product brand.
