Job summary

Sales Match is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to help keep product processes organized and data reliable. Working with Jira and Amplitude, you will support product managers, customer support, and operations to track requests, readiness, and handoffs while ensuring consistent decisions.

This fully remote role is based in New Jersey with a 40-hour workweek. You will manage backlogs, prepare reviews, monitor release readiness, and coordinate approvals, delivering accurate notes and clear

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in product ops, product support coordination, or related business operations preferred.
• Familiarity with Jira for requests categorization, status updates, and ownership tracking.
• Familiarity with Amplitude and interpreting basic usage measures.
• Clear written and verbal communication; reliable workspace and 40-hour weekly commitment.

Responsibilities

• Review and categorize incoming product requests with clear issue, source, and outcome.
• Enter and link requests in Jira, identifying duplicates before routing for review.
• Check customer feedback for missing context and request clarifications when needed.
• Maintain backlog details, owners, status labels, and review dates for prioritization.
• Summarize usage trends in Amplitude without presenting unverified findings.
• Prepare product review summaries with themes, decisions, dependencies, and owners.
• Track release readiness against business checklists and escalate blockers to the PM.
• Coordinate UAT checks against approved scenarios and route unexpected results appropriately.
• Follow up on overdue updates and communicate revised status to stakeholders.
• Close completed requests with accurate notes and handoffs across the workflow.
