Proof is seeking an Operations Service Specialist for a fully remote role based in the Western United States. You will respond to server partners and clients via chat, ensure timely completion of platform jobs, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic team.

You will demonstrate empathy, deliver high-quality service, document work for cross-functional teams, and help drive customer satisfaction and market growth. This role supports flexible, full-time remote work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional work experience in service of process industry or related field.
• Ability to document work and communicate with a cross-functional audience.
• Strong collaboration and partner management with independent contractor server partners.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Availability for a standard full-time schedule in Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Responsibilities

• Respond to independent server partners and client questions via chat to deliver quality service.
• Ensure the successful completion of platform jobs within timelines and SLAs.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and contribute to organizational improvements.
• Exercise best judgment to provide clear and professional written communications as the voice of the customer.
• Cross-train for similar roles as needed and be the voice of the customer.
• Collaborate internally to enhance user experience and support market growth.
• Identify issues and opportunities and escalate to the Team Lead as appropriate.
