Avolve is a leader in electronic plan review and GovTech software, seeking a strategic Product Marketing Manager to drive messaging, launches, and partner enablement across public-sector buyers. You will align product capabilities with market needs and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to accelerate growth.

The role emphasizes storytelling, quantitative insights, and collaboration in a fully remote environment across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–6 years of product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market experience in B2B or B2G technology.
• Experience developing messaging, supporting product launches, conducting market and competitive research, and creating sales enablement materials.
• Exceptional visual storytelling and presentation development skills, capable of transforming complex product capabilities into executive-level assets.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and use data/feedback to improve execution.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and evolve product messaging, value propositions, and proof points for the portfolio.
• Translate features into customer outcomes for public-sector personas and buying stages.
• Develop messaging frameworks, audience definitions, problem statements, and differentiated claims.
• Create and maintain content aligned with brand voice and competitive differentiation.
• Lead go-to-market planning for launches, releases, and strategic initiatives.
