Job summary

Avolve is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Product Marketing Manager to strengthen the product marketing function under Marketing leadership. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships, translating product capabilities and market needs into clear positioning and coordinated go‑to‑market execution.

The Product Marketing Manager will guide the narrative for Avolve’s product portfolio across the buyer and customer journey, establishing launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4‑6 years of product marketing, solutions marketing, or go‑to‑market experience in B2B or B2G technology.
• Experience developing messaging, supporting product launches, conducting market and competitive research, and creating sales enablement materials.
• Exceptional visual storytelling and presentation development skills, able to turn complex product capabilities into executive‑level presentations.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional projects and manage priorities with data‑driven execution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve product portfolio messaging, value propositions, and proof points for the portfolio and solutions.
• Translate features into customer outcomes for public‑sector personas, use cases, and buying stages.
• Develop messaging frameworks including audience definitions, problem statements, differentiators, and claims.
• Create differentiated product messaging aligned with brand and voice.
• Develop battlecards, objections guidance, and talk tracks for customer teams.
