Job summary

Avolve is seeking a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to strengthen and execute the product marketing function across product, marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships. This role translates product capabilities and market needs into clear positioning and coordinated go-to-market execution.

You will guide the narrative for Avolve’s portfolio, establish launch rhythms, enable revenue teams with compelling materials, and drive partner messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant product marketing or go-to-market experience in B2B or B2G technology.
• Experience developing messaging, launches, market research, and sales enablement.
• Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and manage priorities.
• Experience with HubSpot and Asana.
• Experience with GovTech or public-sector software is preferred.
• Self-motivated, remote work capable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve positioning, messaging, value propositions, and proof points for product portfolio.
• Translate features into outcomes for public-sector personas and buying stages.
• Create messaging frameworks, audience definitions, competitive differentiation.
• Develop differentiated product messaging and content aligned with brand.
• Create competitive briefs, battlecards, and sales talk tracks.
• Lead go-to-market planning for launches, releases, packaging changes, integrations.
• Coordinate launch readiness across teams and manage risks.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with enablement materials.
• Develop customer adoption content and partner messaging.
• Track product marketing KPIs and report results.
