Job summary

Avolve is seeking a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to strengthen the product marketing function across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships. You will translate capabilities and market intelligence into clear positioning and coordinated go-to-market execution.

You will guide the narrative for Avolve’s product portfolio, establish launch rhythms, and equip revenue teams with differentiated value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, or communications.
• 4–6 years of relevant product/solutions marketing or go-to-market experience in B2B or B2G technology.
• Experience developing messaging, supporting product launches, and creating sales enablement materials.
• Exceptional visual storytelling and presentation skills for executive-ready materials.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and manage competing priorities with data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and Asana to manage programs, workflows, reporting, and cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly to support research, content creation, and productivity.
• Experience with GovTech, public-sector software, GIS, or complex public-sector sales is preferred.
• Self-motivated, capable of working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve product messaging, value propositions, and proof points for the portfolio.
• Translate technical features into customer outcomes for public-sector personas and needs.
• Develop messaging frameworks, audience definitions, and competitive differentiators.
• Lead go-to-market planning for launches, releases, and integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch activities, owners, timelines, and risks.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with enablement materials and FAQs.
• Create customer education materials to drive adoption of capabilities.
• Develop partner-ready messaging and co-sell assets.
• Track KPIs and provide insights to improve execution.
