Job summary

Kin Insurance is seeking a Product Manager to lead the migration of our current quoting foundation into a unified multi-product platform. You will partner with PMs, engineering, Sales, and Operations to sequence retirements of legacy systems while preserving customers and agents across channels.

You will own the roadmap for quoting modernization, drive cross-team coordination, and push for improvements that decrease time to quote and time to bind, helping Kin become the trusted platform for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management owning a funnel, platform, API, or internal tooling product.
• Experience with platform modernization or re-platforming at scale, including sequencing migrations without disruption
• Technical fluency to contribute to architecture and data model conversations and understand platform impact on reliability and scalability
• Experience building quoting, checkout, or sales workflows spanning agent-assisted and self-serve channels
• Hands-on SQL and BI skills (Databricks, Looker) to size problems and scope improvements
• Bonus: experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks; familiarity with HubSpot, Segment, FullStory, Regal, or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for migrating the current quoting foundation to Kin’s multi-product platform.
• Orchestrate dependencies and timelines across multiple tech and non-tech teams, surfacing risks early
• Drive incremental improvements to the quoting experience to reduce time to quote and time to bind
• Collaborate with PMs, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-impact product changes
• Aim for measurable increases in lead-to-bind conversion and overall quoting efficiency
