Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management with 5+ years in email domain.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into product decisions.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise dynamics.
- Experience with APIs or platform products, focusing on reliability and scalability.
- Strong collaboration in remote, global teams; ability to mentor and set vision.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the multi-year email data plane integrations roadmap.
- Resolve complex product issues with SME on email, cross-channel, partners.
- Contextualize ROI and opportunity size for improvements.
- Coordinate with GTM to ensure measurable delivery of commitments.
- Lead requirements, milestones, and launch planning for transitions to new APIs.
- Document ideas for rapid review and iteration in a remote-first environment.
- Collaborate with adjacent product managers.
