Twilio is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Trust Hub onboarding and compliance team. You will own end-to-end product areas focused on registration experiences while upholding KYC standards, guiding strategy, and driving measurable outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate customer needs into requirements, and define key success metrics, with a focus on APIs and developer experience within a remote US setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS.
• Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies.
• Analytical thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX understanding.
• Initiative, ownership and accountability for priorities.
• Experience with APIs, developer experience, and telecom ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams through planning, design, development, and launch.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Define metrics and analyze data to inform decisions and measure success.
