Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Trust Hub onboarding and compliance workstream. You will own end-to-end products within Twilio's KYC platform, focusing on streamlined registration experiences while upholding best-in-class standards.

You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics to define vision, roadmap, and success metrics, translating customer needs into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS/IaaS/PaaS.
• Proven track record of launching products and driving strategy.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels.
• Strong technical and UI/UX understanding.
• Bachelor in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and obtain buy-in of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, design, develop, and launch products.
