Twilio is seeking a Staff Product Manager for its Trust Hub onboarding and compliance team. You will own end-to-end products in the KYC space, shaping registration experiences while upholding top-tier standards.

You will influence strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and measure impact with data-driven decisions, partnering with engineering and UX to deliver lovable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS.
• Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies.
• Analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making and executive buy-in.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX understanding.
• Initiative, ownership, and accountability in ambiguous challenges.
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
