ATCC Biotechnology is seeking a remote Product Manager for Media & Reagents to own the portfolio strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management. You will translate market needs and scientific trends into actionable plans, collaborating across functions to drive growth and successful product launches.

The role favors candidates with life sciences experience and a background in cell culture products, reagents, or related applications. Remote role with a preference for local candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with fewer years.
• Experience managing product portfolios and influencing cross-functional teams.
• 3–5 years in Product Management, Product Marketing, or related roles in life sciences.
• Experience with biological products, reagents, cell culture, or reference materials.
• Experience taking products through lifecycle and building business cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and a three‑year roadmap for media, sera, supplements, and reagents.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into product requirements and plans.
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive growth and lifecycle management.
• Lead cross‑functional NPDI initiatives and coordinate product launches.
• Support commercialization through positioning, business cases, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Develop pricing strategies and assess competitive dynamics.
