ATCC, a global nonprofit, seeks a remote Product Manager for its microbiology portfolio to shape strategy for infectious disease research and related fields. You will drive market research, portfolio planning, and new product introductions with cross-functional teams across marketing, development, and operations.

The role emphasizes financial analysis, competitive insight, and lifecycle management to grow the portfolio and support global health initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of product/portfolio management experience or equivalent.
Experience conducting customer interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, and market research.
Ability to analyze competitive, technology, regulatory and financial data.
Experience developing strategic plans, budgets, forecasts, and portfolio management strategies.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across product development, operations and sales.
Preferred: microbiology focused portfolio management within life sciences or related markets.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify needs and inform the product roadmap.
Develop and maintain strategic portfolio plans with goals, timelines, budgets and forecasts.
Research and evaluate business opportunities and product concepts with financial value.
Lead New Product Introduction with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales and operations.
