Job summary

ATCC Biotechnology in Gaithersburg, MD (hybrid: 4 days onsite) seeks an Associate Product Manager to support primary and advanced cell models, product strategy, and lifecycle management across portfolios.

You will analyze market and customer data, develop business cases, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Scientific teams to drive go-to-market activities and portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience analyzing market, customer, competitive data to support product decisions.
• Experience developing business cases, analyses, forecasts, and product content.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Scientific, or Technical teams.
• Understanding or prior experience in life science industry preferred.
• Experience supporting commercialization, launch planning, pricing, product positioning, or customer adoption strategies preferred.
• Experience participating in customer meetings, conferences, webinars, or other market-facing activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Product lifecycle and portfolio management: launches, optimization, end-of-life planning.
• Market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform portfolio decisions.
• Develop business cases, analyses, forecasts, and recommendations for planning.
• Roadmap updates, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market support.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Scientific, and Technical teams.
• Monitor product performance and identify process improvements to tools and reporting.
