Job summary

ATCC, a global nonprofit supplying biological materials for science and health, seeks a Senior Manager, Product for Cell Models & Reagents. This remote role leads a team, shapes strategy, drives revenue, and coordinates with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and R&D to advance portfolio performance across the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes market insights, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional collaboration to boost customer adoption and portfolio growth in life sciences markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience, or equivalent (Master's 8y, PhD 5y, HS Diploma 16y).
• Knowledge of cell lines, culture media, serum and reagents.
• Experience developing strategies, roadmaps, commercialization and pricing.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across scientific, operations, QA, sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies, portfolio plans and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead lifecycle management from development to retirement of products.
• Direct product development with Scientific, Operations, Quality, Marketing and Sales teams.
• Create business plans, revenue forecasts and pricing strategies.
• Evaluate market trends, customer needs and portfolio performance.
• Support go-to-market and sales enablement initiatives.
