Job summary

ATCC Biotechnology is seeking a Senior Manager, Product - Cell Models & Reagents to lead the Cell Systems portfolio, including cell lines, media, serum, and reagents. This remote role will own strategy, lifecycle management, and revenue growth while partnering with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and R&D; leading a team of product managers and driving commercialization across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience (12+ years) or advanced degrees with proportionate experience.
• Knowledge of cell lines, cell culture media, serum and cell culture reagents.
• Experience creating and executing product strategies, roadmaps, portfolio and lifecycle plans.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional product development with scientific, operations, quality, sales and marketing teams.
• Experience building business plans, revenue forecasts, pricing strategies and investments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies, portfolio plans, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from development to retirement.
