Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Product Manager to join the Endpoint Management & Security team, shaping features and workflows that reduce risk across managed endpoints. You will focus on IT operations and security use cases, prioritizing and delivering high‑impact capabilities at scale.

You’ll partner with engineering, design, and other PMs to define roadmaps, write clear requirements, and ensure solutions meet real customer needs for MSPs and IT teams alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in IT/security or technical roles such as MSP or internal IT/security.
• 2+ years of strong Product Management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS.
• Experience with endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision for NinjaOne’s endpoint management and security capabilities.
• Own parts of the roadmap, evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and trade‑offs.
• Drive direction for features to identify security gaps and remediation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support, and stakeholders from concept to delivery.
• Engage with customers and MSPs to translate insights into product improvements.
• Write clear requirements, workflows, and edge cases; iterate on feedback.
• Ensure cross‑product cohesion and enable future platform expansion.
