Job summary

NinjaOne, LLC is seeking a Product Manager to help shape core endpoint management capabilities, collaborating with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to drive features from concept to delivery.

You will work on automations, policies, agents, and dashboards to enable IT teams and MSPs to manage endpoints at scale, with a focus on usability and performance. This role supports a flexible remote work setup across the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years IT or technical experience (helpdesk/MSP/internal IT).
• 2+ years Product Management in an RMM/Endpoint role.
• Experience with Windows/macOS/Linux system administration.
• Endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting.
• Experience in MSP/internal IT or infrastructure-focused roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; data-driven; able to influence stakeholders.
• Must work in Eastern Time zone hours (8:00 AM ET start).

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the vision for NinjaOne’s core endpoint management capabilities.
• Contribute to and own parts of the core platform roadmap and priorities.
• Drive direction for automations, policies, agent behavior, and configuration models.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support, and stakeholders to deliver capabilities.
• Translate customer insights into product improvements and new capabilities.
• Write clear product requirements and edge cases; iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure platform capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne.
