The Product Manager (Accounting SME and Tech Solutions Advisor) rapidly validates product strategies, aligns with contract requirements, and bridges government accounting with technology to improve efficiency and integration. You will work across stakeholders to scope, plan, and deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a product manager leading a cross-functional team.
• At least 5 years in accounting and strong financial measurement skills.
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, goals, and success measures for products and services.
• Bridge state government accounting practices with technology solutions.
• Plan, scope, and prioritize projects from high level to features and metrics.
• Collaborate with design, analytics, legal, and operations teams.
• Lead discovery, market research, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Ensure accurate content and alignment with contract requirements.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting and software integrations.
• Lead implementation, troubleshooting, and audit logging improvements.
• Communicate progress and gains to government partners and contractors.
