You will bridge government accounting practices and technology solutions, coordinating with stakeholders, design, and engineering teams to plan and scope work. The role emphasizes accounting expertise, system integrations, and process improvements, with remote-friendly practices and a strong focus on public sector

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager leading cross-functional teams
• 5+ years in accounting or related financial domain
• Strong understanding of financial metrics and accounting principles
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide expert accounting knowledge and guidance to product and policy teams
• Lead integration of accounting software solutions and system conversions
• Collaborate with legal, policy, business, and IT teams to ensure accurate accounting processes
• Develop and review program documentation, training content, and manuals
• Define product vision, goals, and success metrics; translate insights into action
• Socialize and secure buy-in for initiatives with agencies and contractors
• Prioritize roadmaps with project management to meet government contract needs
• Measure progress toward business goals and adjust plans accordingly
