Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Product Manager of a cross-functional team.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial measurement tools and accounting principles.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with state government regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge in accounting practices.
• Proficiency with accounting software and technology solutions, including system conversions and integrations.
• Lead stakeholders through complex public policy implementation and business processes.
• Explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal, policy, business, and operations teams to ensure accuracy of accounting processes.
• Lead the integration of accounting software solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Triage issues during software implementation and achieve system audit logging and monitoring.
