We are seeking an experienced accounting-focused product lead to guide stakeholders, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements across teams and contractors.

You will shape roadmaps, prioritize features, and translate financial insights into action in a remote-first environment, partnering with government clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial measurement tools and accounting principles.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with state government regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge and insights in accounting practices.
• Lead and manage the integration of accounting software solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams on audit logging, system integrations, and monitoring.
• Define project direction and priority from initiatives to features and metrics.
• Socialize and build buy-in for product initiatives with partners and contractors.
• Translate data insights into action to measure progress toward goals.
