Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a Product Information Coordinator to manage product information requests from initiation to approved updates. You will coordinate with product managers, supplier contacts, and customer support to ensure accurate attributes and clear change history.

This fully remote, desk-based role is based in Washington state with a 40-hour work week. You will review identifiers, dimensions, materials, and descriptions against specs, log changes in Pimcore, and keep reviewers aligned with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• About 1-2 years of experience coordinating product information, catalog updates, or related administrative workflows.
• Familiarity with product specifications, attribute structures, product identifiers, and product variants.
• Ability to use a product information management system such as Pimcore.
• Understanding of change control and retaining clear explanations for updates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inboxes for new product information requests and identify product, changes, sources, and reviewer.
• Check identifiers, dimensions, materials, and descriptions against specs before proposing updates.
• Enter changes into Pimcore keeping attributes and formats consistent.
• Organize references and notes so reviewers can trace changes to sources.
• Coordinate review assignments with product managers and note deadlines.
• Follow up on incomplete or outdated specs and record responses.
• Escalate unresolved conflicts to the product operations lead with a summary.
• Coordinate approved updates with publishing colleagues and verify catalog entries.
• Notify colleagues when updates are complete with notes and references.
• Maintain status summaries with quality indicators and timely turnarounds.
