Job summary

Sales Match is seeking a Product Information Coordinator to manage and coordinate product data across teams from a home office in Washington state. You will ensure specs, identifiers, and attributes align with approved standards and lifecycle reviews, enabling consistent product details for customers and internal stakeholders.

Collaborating with product managers, supplier contacts, and customer support, you will streamline change requests, maintain version history, and ensure timely,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years coordinating product information, catalog updates, or related admin workflows preferred.
• Familiar with product specs, attribute structures, product identifiers, and variants relationships.
• Ability to use a product information management system such as Pimcore.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbox and queue for new product information requests; identify product, changes, sources, and reviewer.
• Check identifiers, dimensions, materials, compatibility details against specs.
• Enter proposed changes into a PIM system; maintain attributes, categories, formats.
• Organize references and version notes so reviewers can trace changes to sources.
• Coordinate review assignments with product managers; note dates, dependencies, questions.
• Follow up with suppliers/internal requesters on incomplete or outdated specs.
• Escalate unresolved conflicts to product operations lead with context.
• Coordinate updates with publishing colleague; ensure attributes appear in catalog.
• Notify colleagues when updates are complete with notes and references.
• Maintain status summaries; ensure quality through accurate attributes and timely notes.
