Talentoma is seeking a Product Information Specialist to maintain accurate product attributes and support ecommerce operations. This contract role sits within the product management team, works with product managers, ecommerce colleagues, and supplier contacts, and emphasizes clear, current product details.

This fully remote, desk-based position allows you to work from home in Utah, United States. The role requires a 40-hour weekly commitment; working days and shift times may vary.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience maintaining product information or supporting ecommerce operations.
• Familiarity with product identifiers, attribute structures, and product variants.
• Ability to navigate Salsify and Asana for workflow management.
• Strong written communication for clear updates and requests.

Responsibilities

• Review product information requests in Asana and confirm changes.
• Compare supplier specifications with existing entries for inconsistencies.
• Maintain product attributes in Salsify and ensure correct field definitions.
• Check required fields and relationships before submitting updates.
• Prepare verified product information for internal review and publication.
• Follow up on stalled requests and escalate blockers to the product management team lead.
• Maintain clear task notes and change history for team continuity.
• Meet quality standards for attribute accuracy, formatting, and turnaround.
