Talentoma is seeking a Product Data Coordinator to organize product data updates for cross-functional teams. This fully remote, desk-based role is based in Connecticut, United States, with a 40-hour weekly commitment.

You will coordinate with product managers, supplier contacts, and ecommerce colleagues to keep product attributes and categories aligned. You will work within product operations, ensuring data quality and timely updates using Akeneo, Excel, and project management tools.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience coordinating product data, maintaining product catalogs, or supporting product operations preferred.
• Familiarity with product identifiers, attribute structures, category hierarchies, units of measure, and parent-variant relationships.
• Ability to use spreadsheets for filtering, sorting, basic formulas, and comparisons, with readiness to learn product systems.

Responsabilidades

• Review incoming product update requests and organize by action, readiness, owner, and target date.
• Check product identifiers, dimensions, materials, categories, and variant relationships before updates.
• Maintain product attributes in a product information management system (e.g., Akeneo) with consistent naming.
• Use spreadsheets to compare values, flag missing fields, and prepare update lists.
• Coordinate task assignments and review dates through a project management tool like monday.com.
• Record supplier or product manager clarifications with relevant update requests.
• Coordinate approved updates without creating new descriptions or other creative material.
• Escalate overdue responses or conflicting priorities to the product operations team lead.
• Confirm updates appear correctly in channels and close requests with notes.
• Share recurring data issues during team reviews.
