Entegral is seeking a seasoned Product leader to steer discovery in a fast-moving, agile SaaS environment. You’ll partner with Product Management, UX, Engineering, Sales, and Business Development to identify customer needs, validate concepts, and ensure ROI-based decisions.

You will guide a team of Product Analysts, shape roadmaps, and participate in industry events to keep Entegral at the forefront of innovation. This role prioritizes collaboration, analytics, and customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years demonstrable experience in SaaS product management including: leading product strategy, planning, execution, launch, and support.
• 2+ years leading and developing people in Product Management.
• 3+ years proficiency in agile SaaS product development frameworks and tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% for meetings and training.

Responsabilités

• Lead the product discovery process with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Define and validate product hypotheses through user research and data analysis.
• Translate insights into actionable product requirements with stakeholders.
• Prioritize discovery initiatives based on business goals and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery activities to gather feedback.
• Communicate findings to leadership and guide product strategy.
