Job summary

Entegral is seeking a motivated, adaptable product leader to drive discovery for North American markets in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will partner with Product, UX, Engineering, Sales, and Business Development to identify customer needs, evaluate opportunities, and validate concepts.

You will lead a team of product analysts, use user research and data to inform decisions, and ensure ROI aligns with strategic goals.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years in SaaS product management leading strategy, planning, execution.
Experience building roadmaps and translating insights into requirements.
Strong collaboration across product, UX, engineering, sales, and BD.
Willing to travel domestically up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Lead the product discovery process with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
Define and validate product hypotheses through user research, data analysis, and experimentation.
Translate insights into actionable product requirements with stakeholders.
Prioritize discovery initiatives based on business goals and customer impact.
Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Communicate findings to leadership and document best practices for ongoing improvement.
Monitor industry trends to keep Entegral competitive.
Lead a team of Product Analysts with mentoring and growth opportunities.
Participate in industry events and tradeshows
