Job summary

Entegral is seeking a motivated, career-minded Product Leader to drive the discovery phase of SaaS product development in a North American market. You will partner with Product Management, UX, Engineering, Sales, and Business Development to identify customer needs, analyze market opportunities, and validate innovative concepts that align with strategic objectives and ROI.

Qualifications

Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years SaaS product management including strategy, planning, execution, launch and support.
2+ years leading and developing people in Product Management.
3+ years with agile SaaS product development.
Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.
Location preference includes NJ and other listed U.S. states.

Responsibilities

Lead the product discovery process with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
Define and validate product hypotheses through user research, data analysis, and experimentation.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate insights into requirements.
Prioritize discovery initiatives based on business goals and customer impact.
Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather feedback.
Communicate findings to leadership to inform product strategy and share best practices.
Mentor and develop the Product Analysts, fostering learning and growth.
Engage in industry events and conferences to represent Entegral.
