Job summary

Entegral is seeking a motivated product discovery lead for the North American market. You will partner with Product Management, UX, Engineering, Sales and Business Development to identify customer needs, evaluate opportunities, and validate innovative concepts.

Through research and data-driven decisions you will align new investments with strategic objectives and deliver measurable ROI, guiding a team of Product Analysts in a fast-paced, teleworking-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of SaaS product management experience including strategy, planning, execution, launch and support.
• 2+ years of experience leading and developing people in Product Management.
• 3+ years with agile SaaS product development and roadmapping.
• Experience developing product roadmaps and delivering customer value iteratively.
• Experience with APIs and product usage analytics tools.
• Familiarity with modern cloud platform architecture.
• Proficient with agile development workflow tools.
• Willing to travel domestically up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product discovery process with cross-functional teams.
• Define and validate product hypotheses through user research and data analysis.
• Translate insights into actionable product requirements with stakeholders.
• Prioritize discovery initiatives based on business goals and feasibility.
