Job summary

Entegral is seeking a highly skilled Product Discovery leader to drive the discovery phase for North American markets. You will partner with Product Management, UX, Engineering, Sales, and Business Development to uncover customer needs and validate innovative concepts.

In this remote-first role, you will guide cross-functional teams, translate insights into actionable requirements, and mentor a team of Product Analysts, while delivering measurable ROI and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years demonstrable experience in SaaS product management including: leading product strategy, planning, execution, launch, and support.
• 2+ years previous experience in leading and developing people in Product Management
• 3+ years proficiency in working with product management frameworks in an agile SaaS product development environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the product discovery process for Entegral, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Define and validate product hypotheses through user research, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Translate insights into actionable product requirements in collaboration with PMs, designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Prioritize discovery initiatives based on business goals, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Communicate findings to leadership and product teams to inform strategy; share best practices for product discovery.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to keep Entegral products innovative and competitive.
• Lead a team of Product Analysts, providing mentoring and growth opportunities.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and tradeshows
