Entegral is seeking a Product Discovery Lead to drive early-stage product strategy for North American markets. You will partner with Product Management, UX, Engineering, Sales, and Business Development to identify customer needs, validate concepts, and ensure ROI through data-driven decisions.

You’ll lead a team of Product Analysts, run workshops, monitor trends, and communicate findings to leadership while shaping product strategy and practice.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong business acumen.
• 5+ years in SaaS product management, leading strategy and execution.
• 2+ years in people leadership within product management.
• 3+ years using agile frameworks to manage product development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product discovery with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Define and validate hypotheses through research, data analysis and experiments.
• Translate insights into actionable product requirements with stakeholders.
• Prioritize discovery initiatives to maximize business value and feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery activities; share best practices.
• Mentor and develop a team of Product Analysts for growth and learning.
