Entegral is seeking a Product Discovery Lead to guide early-stage SaaS initiatives in a cross-functional, agile environment. You will partner with Product Management, UX, Engineering, Sales and Business Development to identify customer needs, evaluate market opportunities and validate concepts.

This role emphasizes research, data-driven decisions and ROI alignment, with leadership of a Product Analysts team and ongoing collaboration across the organization. Remote/hybrid setup offered.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years SaaS product management experience.
• 2+ years leading and developing people in Product Management.
• 3+ years using agile SaaS product development practices.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 20%.
• Willingness to work in a remote/hybrid setup.

Responsabilités

• Translate insights into actionable product requirements with engineering and design partners.

• Mentor and develop a team of Product Analysts for growth and learning.
• Engage in industry events and conferences to stay competitive.
