Entegral seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the discovery phase of product development for the North American market. You will partner with Product Management, UX, Engineering, Sales and Business Development to identify customer needs, evaluate opportunities, and validate concepts in a teleworking-first environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, validating hypotheses, and translating insights into actionable requirements.

Formación

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to travel domestically for meetings and training up to 20%.
• Remote work: reliable internet, dedicated workspace, and webcam required.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must be located in AZ, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA or WI.
• 5+ years demonstrable experience in SaaS product management including leading strategy, planning, execution, launch and support.
• 2+ years leading and developing people in Product Management.
• 3+ years proficiency with product management frameworks in agile SaaS.
• Developing product roadmaps focused on customer value iteratively.
• Working with APIs and product usage/analytics tools.
• Working with cloud platform architecture and best practices.
• Working with agile development workflow tools.
• Willing to travel domestically up to 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the product discovery process with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Define and validate product hypotheses through user research and data analysis.
• Translate insights into actionable product requirements with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Prioritize discovery initiatives based on business goals and customer impact.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and other discovery activities to gather feedback.
• Communicate findings to leadership and inform product strategy; share best practices for product discovery.
• Monitor industry trends to keep Entegral’s products innovative.
• Lead a team of Product Analysts and mentor the team for growth and learning.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
