Job summary

Sales Match is seeking a Product Coordination Specialist to manage product update requests, track progress, and coordinate with product managers and stakeholders. The role is fully remote and based in Kentucky, requiring a 40-hour week with flexible shift times.

You will review incoming requests, ensure complete documentation, and log updates in Jira and Google Sheets. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to keep priorities aligned and avoid handoffs getting missed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in product coordination or closely related admin work.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle stages, backlog, and release checkpoints.
• Working knowledge of task trackers and spreadsheets, including status updates and data consistency.
• Clear written and verbal communication for concise status updates and follow-ups.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming product requests from queues, emails, and meetings to identify the requested change, business purpose, requester, and next steps.
• Check submissions for complete references, descriptions, feedback, and deadlines before seeking clarification.
• Record approved requests in Jira with ownership, status, dependencies, and acceptance details.
• Maintain product update trackers in spreadsheets and data entry tools like Google Sheets.
• Organize backlog items by priorities and flag duplicates or unclear decisions.
• Coordinate handoffs between product managers and stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and completion points.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and escalate blockers to the product management team lead.
• Prepare progress summaries for review meetings highlighting actions, checkpoints, questions, and changes to expectations.
• Check release readiness against task lists and route unresolved questions to the responsible product manager.
• Close completed requests with notes and ensure quality and completeness.
