Job summary

Sales Match is hiring an Account Coordination Specialist for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will review client emails, manage service tickets, and coordinate with account managers and delivery teams to keep service delivery moving.

The role requires a 40-hour weekly commitment and requires authorization to work in the United States. You will communicate progress to clients, prepare status summaries, and escalate unresolved issues when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in account coordination, client support, or service operations preferred.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Freshdesk, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Ability to prioritize requests using urgency and service impact.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming client emails and service tickets, organizing the queue by urgency, account, and required next action.
• Check client contact details, requested service changes, and previous interactions in a CRM before updating account information.
• Confirm request scope with clients and explain next steps using knowledge base information.
• Create clear request notes covering client needs, confirmed details, and responsible teams.
• Coordinate account service tasks with account managers and delivery teams, confirming ownership.
