Job summary

Sales Match is seeking a Project Coordination Associate to support the project management team in a fully remote role with work-from-home in Missouri. The position focuses on reviewing requests, maintaining clear task details, and keeping progress visible across routine projects.

You will work under a project manager, collaborate with task owners and department contacts, and ensure timely updates and handoffs. A strong focus on organization and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related experience supporting projects preferred.
• Willingness to learn templates and update procedures.
• Ability to organize information, verify dates and task ownership.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming requests and deadlines at the start of each shift.
• Verify objective, owner, date, and information before adding to the plan.
• Enter tasks and updates in Asana with current descriptions, owners, dependencies and due dates.
• Coordinate activities without changing project scope, resources or delivery commitments.
• Arrange project check-ins and share agenda with participants.
• Capture decisions and action items, and share notes with contacts.
• Request progress updates and follow up on milestones.
• Flag blocked tasks and potential impacts to PM.
• Prepare progress summaries and handoffs with completed actions.
• Review work for accuracy and timely updates; fix discrepancies.
