Talentoma is seeking a Product Coordination Specialist to support the product management team. You will review requests, ensure complete descriptions, and record progress in Jira and Google Sheets, keeping priorities aligned with managers and stakeholders.

This fully remote role in Kentucky requires a 40-hour week with flexible days and shifts. You will coordinate handoffs, track progress, and prepare concise status updates for leadership reviews.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in product coordination, product operations support, or related admin work.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle stages, backlog organization, release checkpoints, and the distinction between a request and an approved priority.
• Working knowledge of task trackers and spreadsheets, including statuses, filters, and consistency of information.
• Ability to compare product requests with agreed requirements and ask clarifying questions.
• Clear written and verbal communication for concise status updates and coordination across teams.
• Sound judgment handling internal product information and decisions.
• Access to reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace; availability for 40-hour weeks.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Review incoming product requests from queues, emails, and meetings, identifying the change, business purpose, requester, and next step.
• Check submissions for complete references, clear descriptions, feedback, and deadlines; return incomplete requests for clarification.
• Record approved requests in a project management tool, keeping ownership, status, dependencies, and acceptance details visible.
• Maintain product update trackers with spreadsheets and data entry tools; verify against latest approved information.
• Organize backlog items by priority; flag duplicates and items needing a clearer decision.
• Coordinate handoffs between product managers and stakeholders; confirm owners understand actions and completion points.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and missing responses; escalate blocked work or conflicting priorities.
• Prepare progress summaries for review meetings, highlighting completed actions, upcoming checkpoints, unresolved questions, and changes to expectations.
• Check release readiness against approved lists; confirm stakeholder acknowledgments and route questions to the product manager.
• Close completed requests after owner confirmation; preserve decision notes and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
