Job summary

Haemonetics seeks a technically skilled professional to provide customer support within an assigned territory, addressing product, quality, and application inquiries. You will develop and deliver training programs, collaborate with internal teams, and promote product adoption.

With 1–2 years in medical device environments, you will troubleshoot issues and expand knowledge of the portfolio, contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working with medical devices or clinical plasma collection.
• Remote-based with ability to travel domestically 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills required.
• Ability to troubleshoot product, application, and customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers within assigned territory, addressing product, quality, and application inquiries.
• Develop or deliver technical education and product training programs for consistent training standards.
• Train internal and external customers as needed in collaboration with senior team members.
• Communicate success, best practices, and techniques to Product Applications, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of Haemonetics products and competitive offerings.
