Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical experience with medical devices or clinical plasma collection experience.
• Bachelor's degree in biomedical/electrical/computer engineering or related technical field.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers within the assigned territory, handling product, quality, and application inquiries.
• Develop or deliver technical education and product training to ensure high training standards.
• Train internal and external customers as needed in collaboration with senior team members.
• Share best practices and techniques with Product Applications, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of Haemonetics products and competitors.

Education
