Job summary

The Procurement Assistant provides administrative and operational support for procurement processes, including PO creation, vendor communications, inventory tracking, and invoice processing.

Qualifications

• Requires high accuracy and data-entry skills.
• Experience with ERP or purchasing systems preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and processing shopping carts and purchase orders.
• Coordinate vendor setup and maintenance activities; maintain vendor records.
• Support monthly inventory counts and data entry in procurement systems.
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices; resolve routine discrepancies.
• Prepare spreadsheets and reports related to purchasing activities and spend data.
