Job summary

ForMotion is a global network of Orthotic and Prosthetic Patient Care clinics. We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to support purchasing, vendor management, inventory data entry, and invoice processing in a primarily remote role.

The candidate will live near one of our ForMotion locations in Tennessee, Texas, or Florida, with remote options in these states and potential hybrid in the future. The role emphasizes detail orientation, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with finance

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
0–2 years in purchasing, procurement, administrative, customer service, or related experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with ERP or purchasing systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Purchasing: Assist with creating and processing shopping carts and purchase orders.
Vendor: Assist with vendor setup and maintenance activities and organize vendor documents.
Inventory: Enter and maintain item data in procurement systems and verify data accuracy.
Invoices: Match purchase orders, receipts and invoices; resolve routine discrepancies.
Administrative: Prepare spreadsheets and reports; gather spend data; support projects and meetings.
