Qualifications

• Ability to read process instructions and identify unclear steps.
• Familiar with spreadsheet formulas and data checks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Receive improvement requests and clarify issues.
• Check for missing steps and unclear handoffs.
• Document workflow details with owners and outcomes.
• Maintain baseline measures in sheets or data tools.
• Organize tests in project tools like Asana and track progress.
• Escalate stalled tests and resolve conflicting instructions.
• Summarize test results and update working instructions.
• Keep complete review notes and handoffs through closure.
