Talentoma is seeking a Business Operations Specialist for a fully remote, 40-hour weekly role focusing on internal operations, requests, tracking, and clear documentation. This position sits within the operations team and works under an operations team lead.

You will collaborate with department contacts, request owners, and managers to clarify needs and keep information current. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential, with a US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting internal operations and task queues.
• Ability to interpret requests, track progress, and escalate when needed.
• Proficient with pivot tables and data tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming requests from a shared queue and identify outcomes.
• Check submissions for missing details and request clarifications.
• Enter tasks in monday.com with ownership, due dates, and next actions.
• Maintain trackers in Google Sheets with accurate formulas.
• Complete checks, compare progress to steps, flag blockers.
• Follow up with owners on overdue updates and record next actions.
• Escalate conflicts to the operations team lead with context.
• Prepare routine summaries of KPIs using pivot tables.
• Support basic business analysis and suggest tracking improvements.
• Confirm completion and close tasks with complete notes.
