Talentoma in the United States is seeking a Process Improvement Associate to review workflows, identify delays, and introduce practical changes. This fully remote, desk-based role supports the operations team and collaborates with process owners and staff who use the workflows.

The position requires a 40-hour week, with flexible days and shift times. A high school diploma is enough to start, and no prior experience is required; you will receive onboarding and training in Lean Management concepts

• Familiarity with Lean Management, Kaizen, and process optimization concepts is helpful.
• Ability to read workflow diagrams and separate observations from assumptions.
• Clear written and verbal communication with colleagues is essential.
• Comfort learning systems, updating tasks, and diagramming without changing approved workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Receive improvement requests through internal queues and email; record workflow, difficulty, owner, and expected outcome.
• Check requests for missing context, duplicates, and unclear steps; request needed information.
• Review existing instructions and map how work moves between teams and handoffs.
• Create simple workflow diagrams in Lucidchart and verify with the process owner.
• Compare turnaround figures and error counts with starting measures using internal reports.
• Suggest small changes to remove steps or clarify handoffs with rationale for team decisions.
• Track improvement tasks in Trello with owners, due dates, dependencies, and reviews.
• Support trials by updating instructions, collecting feedback, and comparing results to the original workflow.
• Follow up on overdue updates; escalate conflicting instructions or blocked tasks to the team lead.
• Maintain final workflow notes and change summaries for handoff; ensure quality and follow-up.
