Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a Business Operations Consultant to support internal workflow improvements. This fully remote role is based from Arizona, United States, with a 40-hour weekly commitment.

You will assess requests, map current processes, and propose practical actions under guidance from the operations team lead. Responsibilities include documenting outcomes, coordinating small trials, and communicating recommendations clearly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required; related experience in operations or admin workflows preferred.
• Basic understanding of internal requests, task ownership, handoffs, and standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive internal requests and clarify the problem and expected outcome.
• Check details against procedures and record owner and next actions.
• Organize request stages using a project management tool; keep progress visible.
• Identify handoffs and unclear ownership to improve workflows.
• Illustrate workflows using a mapping tool to highlight improvements.
• Compare options with the operations team lead to decide on an approach.
