Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Professional 2 to analyze and measure the effectiveness of current business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable improvements.

You will benchmark practices, collect data, and recommend changes to boost safety, productivity, and cost efficiency. In this remote role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams, manage change initiatives, and drive end-to-end process improvement projects from initiation to implementation.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• Less than 5 years of technical experience
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Responsibilities
