Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Professional 2 to analyze and improve business processes from initiation to implementation. You will research best practices, collect data and use KPIs to drive measurable improvements across teams.

The role is remote within the United States, supports 40-hour weeks, and offers a compensation range of $65,000 to $88,600 with bonus eligibility based on performance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Less than 5 years of technical experience.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in process documentation and workflow analysis.
• Experience in change management including readiness, communication planning, training and adoption.
• Proven track record delivering process improvements from initiation to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with data, KPIs and reporting tools.
• Technical proficiency with Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office and flowcharting/enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and measure current processes and identify improvements.
• Benchmark and research best practices inside and outside the organization.
• Collect and analyze process data to drive productivity and safety.
• Identify IT enablers to support process re-engineering.
• Specialize in benchmarking, change management and requirements.
• Align work with department, segment and organizational strategy.
• Make independent decisions within guidelines to deliver impact.
