Talentoma is seeking a Process Improvement Coordinator for a fully remote, desk-based role focused on reducing delays and handoffs in daily operations within the US. You will coordinate with process owners, analysts, and department contacts to clarify steps, organize proposed changes, and track results from initial request through review.

The position sits on the operations team under a team lead, requiring a 40‑hour weekly commitment and flexible working days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• About 1-2 years of experience in operations coordination, process support, or related administrative work preferred.
• Familiarity with process optimization, process modeling, and practical steps for describing routine work movements between teams.
• Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and operational excellence concepts.
• Ability to maintain project trackers and spreadsheets and distinguish observations from assumptions.
• Clear written and verbal communication for asking focused questions and explaining workflow changes.

Responsibilities

• Receive improvement requests through a shared queue and email, record issue, workflow, owner, and expected outcome.
• Check requests for missing details, duplicates, and unclear scope; request clarification before next steps.
• Coordinate discussions with process owners to outline activities, handoffs, and capture analysis notes.
• Maintain task owners, dependencies, target dates, and questions in Asana with team-led priorities.
• Organize process maps and value stream notes showing waits, repeats, and improvement opportunities.
• Track baseline and follow-up measures in Excel, ensuring formulas and reporting periods are correct.
• Arrange small tests of approved workflow changes and record observations for comparison.
• Follow up on overdue actions; escalate unresolved issues to the operations team lead.
• Prepare concise progress summaries with actions, issues, metrics, and decisions needed.
• Check completed work for accuracy, notes, and owner acceptance before closing tasks.
